The win was for the fans as they were constantly pressuring the opposition by their fans, the Reds produced an unimaginable display to make them come back and then ultimately overturn their 3-0 deficit from the Nou Camp in an electrifying style.
This was the first time since 1986 - when Barcelona knocked out Gothenburg in the old European Cup - that a team have produced three-goal first-leg deficit to win a semi-final in this tough competition. This is unbelievable with the promise Messi made earlier this season.
The comeback started with Divock Origi, where he converted a shot by Henderson and started the extraordinary comeback, even though it was a tap in from close range. It happened after seven minutes, Liverpool hero Georginio Wijnaldum scored twice within 122 seconds after the first half that the game went in Liverpool favour. Barcelona was embarrassed, and even Lionel Messi was unable to put a clear chance to bed before Origi struck again with the goal that would decide the final on aggregate after Trent Alexander-Arnold caught Barcelona defence sleeping from a corner.
The moment the final whistle was blown, it brought big and crazy celebrations on the pitch and in the stands, where the fans had played their part in an impressive match. Liverpool has accomplished multiple European comebacks before, reputably when they won this competition for the fifth time in Istanbul in 2005, but this was arguably the greatest in their amazing history.
Liverpool would go for a sixth trophy in Madrid on 1 June, where they will meet either Ajax or Tottenham in the final of the competition and hopefully lift the trophy.
