The Independent National Electoral Commission has said that it is past the point of no return for Dr. Obiageli Ezekwesili to pull back as the presidential hopeful of the Allied Congress Party of Nigeria.
Talking as a visitor on Channels Television's Politics Today, Mr. Oyekanmi said: "The due date for Ezekwesili or any hopeful in that class to pull back or be supplanted has passed".
Oyekanmi said hopefuls are allowed to pull back their candidature however for Ezekwesili's situation the planning is the issue.
Mr. Oyekanmi further focused on that however Ezekwesili can't be compelled to take an interest in the decision, still, she can't pull back in light of the fact that that negates the law.
Dr. Ezekwesili had before on Thursday declared her withdrawal from the presidential decision booked to hang on February 16.
The ACPN has reprimanded Ezekwesili for pulling back from the race and claimed that her presidential yearning was not genuine.
